I have an idea, as for the coal situation if you turn it into blocks. One block of coal lasts for 72 blocks where as one coal only lasts for 8 blocks. So using a stack of coal block will make it last for 4608 blocks instead the normal 512 blocks for a stack of coal.
I have a good idea, when you get the bows from the EOL you can use them to make dispensers as the bow durability nor enchant matter when make a dispenser.
Also as for the elytra in the shulker box and make sure they are all enchanted with mending and unbreaking 3 then keep the shulker box in your e-chest, that way you always have access to all your elytra and you can always swap out when needed, and not have to worry about being stranded because they both broke.
Also you didn't need to make the blue flower farms as you could have gotten this using lapis and bone meal.
